- How do I know you will not sell me parts I do not need?
- We test before we replace. Every recommendation comes with the measurement or reading that justifies it, sent to your phone, and nothing happens until you approve it.
- Do you work on all makes and models?
- Yes. Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles, plus hybrids and diesels. If your vehicle needs something we cannot do properly, we will tell you straight and point you to who can.
- Can I get a ride or wait while you work?
- You can wait in the office, and for bigger jobs we will help you sort out drop-off and pickup. Most customers follow the inspection from their phone and approve work remotely.
